Sending back to the retailers information details of the number of items packed, the number of packages, value and other relevant shipping details. Impact Distribution target market is the fashion industry. This industry is concentrated in the high budget real estate suburbs of Surry Hills, Waterloo, Alexandria, Mascot and Botany. It is essential that we are located in close proximity to these suburbs. Impact Distribution is located within a large older style factory at Matraville.
Storage Utilisation
Storage utilisation is maximised by the use of the Fashion Warehouse software. Normally client's stock is stored in the one area. If there isn't any room it can be stored in other locations and the software will direct the pickers to select from the correct location. If stock is spread across several locations the small quantities will be picked first to consolidate the stock
